24-hour on-call after birth with one optional visit in the hospital or at home the day after your baby is born.
1 3-hour visit postpartum at your home upon your request (typically within the first 5 days after birth, but no longer than 3 days after mother’s milk has come in) that includes (all are optional) moxibustion/mothering roasting treatment, dry brushing, Gua Sha treatment, body oiling treatment, an extremity massage, breastfeeding support, newborn care, a brief lesson in baby massage techniques and a health assessment of mother and baby.
Babywearing and bonding support are included. Of course, you may want to book an extra session for that, as well as baby care, breastfeeding support and management, and a session with the partner on ‘Mothering the Mama’.
